This program is for upcoming/current university and college players looking to improve in the offseason months. This program includes 3-4x/week of basketball training, 3x/week of sports performance training.
Training will run Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The time of the sessions is TBD and Sundays will be for pick at 1pm.
