This program is for upcoming/current university and college players looking to improve in the offseason months. This program includes 3-4x/week of basketball training, 3x/week of sports performance training.
Training will run Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday.
The time of the sessions:
Morning Session: 9:30-11am, 11:30am-1pm
Evening Session: 6-7:30pm
Sundays will be for pick up at 1pm.
SESSIONS ARE CAPPED AT 12 PLAYERS.
1 FULL SESSION A DAY: 1.5 HRS
(1 hr SHOOTING/DRILL WORK, 30 min ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE )
